The Interactive Reef
The Interactive Reef is a month long digital installation based at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney. The brief for the project was to raise awareness for coral bleaching in the Barrier Reef. Weatherproof screens are placed on the pathway for people to walk over. Over time, as more people walk over the screens the coral in the installation bleaches. The physical footprint on the interactive reef represents the negative environmental footprint that humans have on the worlds oceans.
